ARIVA - Policy on Cookies and Similar Technologies

1. Who we are and what these technologies are
ARIVA is offered by QUANTUM POS SRL. Contact: contact@selio.io. Full identity details are in the Terms, and the explanations about data and rights are in the Privacy Policy.
This policy describes the ARIVA ordering app; the ariva.food presentation website does not use cookies and does not save data on the device.
Cookies are files that the browser stores and sends to a website. We also use localStorage, sessionStorage and IndexedDB. They are not the same mechanism, but all of them may involve storing or accessing data on the device.
2. What they are used for and what you can choose
The features you request use storage for the account, the cart, group participation, security and remembering choices. The exemption from consent applies only when the storage is strictly necessary for a requested service, not automatically to all of a provider's services.
Google One Tap is optional. The ARIVA integration makes it conditional on the choice for functionality. Refusal does not prevent the use of manual sign-in methods. Authentication chosen explicitly is distinct from the One Tap suggestion.
Analytics and retargeting are not enabled by ARIVA in the configuration described. The categories are marked as unused in the panel. This clarification does not amount to an absence of security checks or of any technical processing by the providers.
The choice of language, the choice of appearance, authentication, the map and anti-fraud protection have different purposes. Accepting an optional category does not constitute general consent to every Google technology or to every use of data.

The list describes the mechanisms identified, not all the cookies in your Google account. We do not attribute the same duration or the same basis to all of a provider's storage items.
The reCAPTCHA Enterprise integration for Group Order and email verification uses recaptcha.net. SMS verification separately uses Google reCAPTCHA. This configuration does not guarantee that no Google service can access Google cookies when you use the map or authentication.
The duration of a choice is not necessarily the physical duration of the entry. localStorage has no expiry of its own. Session data may be restored by the browser; closing a window does not guarantee its removal in all cases.
4. Acceptance, refusal and withdrawal
When the consent request is displayed, you can choose Accept all cookies, Reject optional cookies or Customize, then Confirm my choices. Accepting all enables only the optional features available; it does not enable categories marked as unused.
You can return to Cookie Preferences from the Account page and change the choice. Withdrawal stops future use of One Tap through the ARIVA integration, but does not automatically delete the account, all existing cookies or scripts already loaded. It does not revoke consents given separately for other services.
The choice is kept for six calendar months from the explicit action. If it is missing, is invalid or expires, consent is requested again. Blocking storage may prevent the choice from being remembered.
You can delete the site data from the browser settings. This may sign you out and may remove the cart or the information needed to recover group participation; it is not a request to delete data from the server.
5. Changes and contact
A new optional category is not considered accepted through an old choice. Relevant changes to the purposes and options will be communicated. For questions about storage or rights: contact@selio.io.
