ARIVA is an ordering suite for restaurants, offered by QUANTUM POS SRL and free for the restaurant. It has three channels: ARIVA Table QR, for ordering at the table via a QR code, ARIVA Kiosk, where guests choose, order and pay at the terminal, and ARIVA Online, the restaurant's own ordering page. Orders reach SELIO POS or SELIO Delivery and the SELIO KDS screen in the kitchen.

ARIVA is free for the restaurant: you pay nothing, no subscription and no commission. The only cost is the Service component, paid by the guest on delivery and pickup orders only: 8% of the value of the products after discounts, between 1.99 and 9.20 lei. On orders at the table (Table QR) and at the kiosk, guests pay no Service. ARIVA works with SELIO POS, SELIO Delivery and SELIO KDS; for SELIO terms and equipment, write to hello@ariva.food.

The Service is part of the guest's total, not a cost to the restaurant, and applies only to delivery and pickup orders: 8% of the products' value after discounts, excluding delivery and tip, minimum 1.99 lei and maximum 9.20 lei. At the table and at the kiosk, guests pay no Service. The exact amount is shown before the order is sent, and the restaurant includes it in the fiscal documents.

No. ARIVA sends orders straight into SELIO systems: SELIO POS receives orders from the table and the kiosk, SELIO Delivery those from the ARIVA Online page, and SELIO KDS, the kitchen display, shows all three. For the full workflow you need SELIO POS or SELIO Delivery, and SELIO KDS. For SELIO terms, write to hello@ariva.food.

Guests scan the table's QR code, open the menu on their phone, choose their items and send the order themselves. The code identifies the restaurant, point of sale, section and table, so the order appears in SELIO POS at the right table and in SELIO KDS in the kitchen. With the distance check on, orders can only be sent from the restaurant's area. For now there is no in-app payment, and guests pay no Service at the table.

With ARIVA Kiosk, guests choose their items on the self-service screen, place the order and pay by card at the payment terminal. The order reaches SELIO POS, alongside the other orders, and SELIO KDS, at the right prep station, with the same items, quantities and extras. At the kiosk, guests pay no Service. ARIVA Online is your restaurant's own ordering page, one site per location, not a platform shared with other restaurants. Guests order for delivery or pickup, and orders reach SELIO Delivery and SELIO KDS and are accepted automatically once registered. The restaurant prepares the order and delivers it or hands it over to the guest. Delivery is done by the restaurant, not by ARIVA.

On platforms such as Glovo, Bolt Food or Wolt, the restaurant pays a commission on every order. In 2020–2023, owners quoted in the business press spoke of up to about 30% plus VAT on orders delivered through Glovo, Tazz or Bolt Food. On your ARIVA Online page you pay no commission, and guests order directly from you, with no other restaurants on the screen. Platforms bring new guests and couriers; on your own page, you handle delivery yourself.

Orders from all three channels reach the SELIO KDS screen with the same items, quantities and extras as the order, without being handwritten or keyed in again. Each order appears in real time at its assigned prep station with a sound alert, and tickets that have been waiting a long time turn yellow, orange, then red. When the kitchen marks an order DONE, waiting staff can be notified that it is ready to serve.
